LOLA MullenLowe was the most awarded agency in the MullenLowe Group network, 4th in the EMEA region, 17th worldwide and 1st in Spain in the 2014 edition of the Cannes Lions International Festival.

Founded in 2006, LOLA MullenLowe has grown exponentially since Puebla and Simoes took the reigns in 2011. In 2013, LOLA MullenLowe opened new offices in Barcelona and Lisbon in addition to its initial Madrid office. CCO, Chacho Puebla who is in charge of building the agency’s international reputation, developing talent and delivering international new business growth has tasked Pancho Cassis with reorganizing and streamlining the creative department to meet client’s needs. Until now, Cassis was the Global Creative Director responsible for Cornetto, Mattel and Café Zero.

Cassis’ blazing career started at age 22 when – while still an intern at Grey Chile, he won his first of 13 Cannes Lions and a gold medal at the Young Guns. 12 years later, he has gone on to win a slew of awards at International Festivals that include 8 Gran Prix and more than 150 awards in all the mayor advertising shows including One Show, Clio and the Effie awards.

Over the last decade, he has helped grow the business for clients such as Fiat, Bacardi, Orange, SAB Miller and Turner Broadcasting. He joined LOLA MullenLowe in 2011, where he has worked on Magnum, Rexona and more recently leading the Cornetto, Café Zero and Mattel toys business.

“Pancho is a natural leader. He has the expertise, international credentials and management skills that are essential to this role as well as the creative spirit and passion for ideas. He made a huge contribution to our success at Cannes this year,” said Chacho Puebla, Chief Creative Officer and Partner at LOLA MullenLowe.

Miguel Simoes, CEO and Partner of LOLA MullenLowe commented, “Since joining LOLA MullenLowe, Pancho has been an exceptional performer in all aspects of the business. Specifically, this last year he has demonstrated skill and passion for leading teams to deliver great award winning work. His contribution has been vital for building the LOLA MullenLowe brand, attracting talent and positioning for new business.”

“You hardly ever get the chance to work in a truly global agency with such a Latin spirit” said Pancho Cassis. “It’s a dream agency, in a place as exciting as Madrid and with a team of amazingly talented people who are always pushing the limits.”
