The appointment comes after a competitive review which saw the company seeking a full-service media agency partner with a track record of designing media plans that provide brand differentiation to emerging brands as the company seeks further growth.
In a statement, Tally vp, marketing Meg Ciarallo cited Mediahub’s work for clients Netflix and Twitch, “customer centricity,” ability to understand the brand’s goals and share its challenger mindset as reasons for the decision.
“Tally is focused on helping people pay off credit card debt faster and save money, and we are very excited to be partnering with Mediahub to reach and help more people struggling with debt,” she added. “Mediahub has the ability to be scrappy with us today and grow with us tomorrow.”
Mediahub will be responsible with leading all U.S. media strategy, planning and activation for the brand.
Tally’s appointment arrives amid heightened demand for such services with the financial strains caused by the pandemic, with the company accelerating plans to roll out its services nationally to all consumers, regardless of credit score. The company has raised $92 million in funding from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins and Cowboy Ventures.

The appointment follows Slack naming Mediahub as its media agency of record in February, as well as the NBA sending media responsibilities to Mediahub last November.
