The campaign, by MullenLowe Group, is part of Monster’s marketing transformation program to relaunch its brand communication and digital customer experiences. It includes several global TV spots and a multiplatform social campaign directed by Steve Ayson. Each piece brings the frustrations of the job search to light with delightfully dark comedic turns. But, with a suite of tools aimed at painting a more holistic picture of a candidate, Monster once again positions itself as the antidote to these pains of the search.
